The works involved the complete removal of the external rear wall to facilitate the 1st floor to be extended to the rear. Both side extensions were demolished and were replaced with a 2 storey extension and a single and double storey rear extension together with a complete house refurbishment. 

 

The house had new electrics, plumbing and heating together with zoned underfloor heating to the complete ground floor.

 

The construction consisted of Nudura ICF with through coloured render external walls.
